NKEA GREATER KL - EPP6 : Greener KL (1)
On 29th November 2014, CRSC took part in a Fruit Tree Planting & Sponsorship by Private Companies Programme organised by Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) and Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia. The programme took place in Taman Metropolitan Batu and was officially launched by the the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Hj. Ahmad Phesal bin Hj. Talib.

The Parc Tower Affordable Homes
The Prime Minister in his statement while tabling Budget 2013 mentioned that The Government is fully aware of the most basic need of the Rakyat and that is to have a comfortable and affordable home. CRSC Group is the First developer in Kuala Lumpur to answer the call by the Prime Minister to provide 161 units of affordable homes which is integrated into The Parc Tower Apartments. The selling price of an affordable house is capped at RM 299,900 per unit and comes with a carpark. As a result of this the company is subsidizing a total of RM 5 million to the construction costs.

360 Long House Residents
Relocation & compensation for 360 Long House Residents at Taman Sri Rampai RM 30 Million
Besides our other various contributions, we are also committed to the socioeconomics relating to the community. The earlier residents on the now developed land at Taman Sri Rampai were successfully
relocated to the PPR flats at Desa Rejang. Half were on transit and the other half decided to purchase the PPR flats. A 20 storey Low Cost Apartment is currently under construction for the residents in transit. The rent of the residents are covered by the Group up until the completion date of the Low
Cost and we further subsidize the purchase of the flats. We expect to deliver the project in 2016. This project is among one of our highest CSR commitments to the community.

Multi-purpose Hall
A multi-purpose hall complete with indoor court (3 badminton or 1 basketball) and 2 storey office is soon to be built worth RM3 million for the community of Taman Sri Rampai.

D' Tasik Hawker Centre
The Hawker Centre was built to relocate the 36 temporary hawker stalls located at the development site. The management decided to build a new Hawker Centre in Taman Sri Rampai complete with basic amenities. In collaboration with Kuala Lumpur City Hall the hawker centre was successfully completed and handed over to 36 hawkers in 2012. Monetary contribution of RM3Million.

Cheras Hawker Centre
In 1993, CRSC completed the construction of 55 units of double storey shophouses in Cheras better known as Taman Cheras Makmur. The completion also saw the handing over of a hawker centre to DBKL for use by the community in that area. The hawker centre was completed at a cost of
RM 200,000.
