360 Long House Residents

Relocation & compensation for 360 Long House Residents at Taman Sri Rampai RM 30 Million

Besides our other various contributions, we are also committed to the socioeconomics relating to the community. The earlier residents on the now developed land at Taman Sri Rampai were successfully relocated to the PPR flats at Desa Rejang. Half were on transit and the other half decided to purchase the PPR flats. A 20 storey Low Cost Apartment is currently under construction for the residents in transit. The rent of the residents are covered by the Group up until the completion date of the Low Cost and we further subsidize the purchase of the flats. We expect to deliver the project in 2016. This project is among one of our highest CSR commitments to the community.
